As a prospective client, you need a consultant but you don't know how to find one that will work with you to accomplish your business goals. We make it easy to find one: just pick the type of consultant you want and the city nearest your location and we'll show you all the available freelance consultants that match your selections. How much does it cost? FreelanceLocalTech does not charge for basic freelance consultant listings. If a freelance consultant wants to expand their territory to include more cities or all cities within their state or province, we make purchasing this upgrade easy and inexpensive. If a freelance consultant wants to highlight their listing in those cities where it appears, we have an upgrade for that as well. Finally, for companies that want to reach our consultants and clients, we offer an excellent national advertising sponsorship feature that can be found by clicking the Advertise link at the bottom of any page. What makes an upgrade worthwhile? All free consultant listings are given equal weight. In other words, they are displayed in random order in the city listings within a 30-mile radius of the consultant's location. In a city with lots of consultants, the odds of having a client select your listing is low. However, with a listing upgrade — either a distance upgrade, a highlight upgrade, a full-state/province upgrade, or some combination of upgrades — you can increase the odds of having your listing seen by five to twenty times, based on reported click-thru rates. And a clicked listing is one step closer to your next big project. Why is FreelanceLocalTech better than other directories? To ensure the appropriateness of all content on the site, we approve every national ad and every freelancer listing that is displayed on the site. We test every freelancer link at least once each month to ensure it's working and remove postings where the link is no longer working. We provide view and click counts for every listing and every ad on the site, so that you can see the impact your message is having on potential clients.
