Consultant listings on FreelanceLocalTech.com are free to create with certain limits: (1) You may only create one listing per company; (2) Your free listing will only show within 30 miles (roughly 48 kilometers) of the Postal Code you enter on your profile unless you purchase an expanded territory through FreelanceLocalTech.com. Consultants are asked to create a reciprocal link on their web site, the purpose of which is to increase the visibility of FreelanceLocalTech.com, which in turn increases the visibility of the consultant's web site.

We provide you with the ability to edit your account information. You may request deletion of your user account by contacting the site webmaster. Content or other data -- such as usage information or purchases -- may remain on our servers even after your account is deleted. You may delete or edit your public information at any time.

Although you can freely edit your publicly displayed information, we reserve the right to approve it before it appears on our web site. All public content is reviewed for appropriateness before being displayed on our site; however, from time to time, we may inadvertently post inappropriate or inaccurate information. We will remove this information once it it brought to our attention.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy consists of the following statements:

We will never knowingly release your login account e-mail address, first name, last name, or billing/credit card information to any third party except as required by law or in order to accomplish a request by you (e.g., purchase an upgrade).
We will freely display to any requesting user the data you supply for your consultant listing. That's why you're here!
We do not send SPAM messages on behalf of other parties.
We do not store your credit card information, except to the extent necessary to void or refund a transaction or to help identify the card used in the transaction for later use in other transactions (essentially, we store the card type, expiration date, and last four digits of the card).
We will send you e-mails for any of the following reasons: (1) any status change to your listings; (2) any upgrade purchases that are charged to your credit card; (2) to notify you of any upcoming improvements or changes to the web site; (3) in response to any inquiries of FLT. Otherwise, we will not send you e-mails.

Refund Policy

You are encouraged to increase your company's visibility by either purchasing a territorial upgrade, an upgrade to highlight your listing, both types of upgrades, or a national advertisement. These upgrades are automatically renewed on the anniversary of the date of the purchase at the current rate for the type of upgrade or advertisement.

You may cancel any upgrade or advertisement at any time from the FLT web site. Once cancelled, the upgrade will not be re-billed in a subsequent month, but will continue to be visible until the end of the paid-for month.

Upgrade Refunds: All upgrades are automatically renewed unless you cancel the upgrade before the renewal date. We will issue a refund up to 24 hours after the renewal is charged to your credit card; after that, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Changes to Terms of Service.

We may make changes to this Terms of Use document from time to time without any warning or notice other than the appearance of a new Terms of Use document on the web site.

If at any time you find that you cannot agree to the terms outline in the Terms of Service policy document, you may cancel your account and remove your public information from this site.
